Help with AideBook

For caregivers using the AideBook app on iPhone or Android, and for agency owners and admins using the web app.

Contact us

Email hello@aidebook.app. Tell us your name, your agency, the device you use (for example iPhone 15, iOS 27) and what happened. We aim to reply within one business day. In the app, Settings → Contact support opens an email with your name and agency filled in.

Please don’t email client health details. If we need to look at a specific visit, we’ll ask for the date and the client’s initials.

Caregivers

Your agency is the first place to go for anything about your shifts, clients or account access. For problems with the app itself, such as signing in, sending work or exporting a PDF, email us.

Owners and admins

Sign in to the web app at ui.aidebook.app/login. For setup help, a data export or to close your agency’s account, email us from the owner’s address.

Questions

Common questions

Your agency invites you by email. Open the invitation, set a password, then sign in to the AideBook app with that email. There’s no public sign-up, so if you didn’t get an invitation, ask your office to send or resend it.

On the app’s sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. The reset link opens in your phone’s browser. If the email doesn’t arrive, check spam, then ask your office to confirm the address they have for you.

Clock-ins, notes and signatures made without signal are saved on the phone and send by themselves when a connection returns. Keep the app installed and don’t log out until the banner clears. If an item needs attention, open the banner to retry it.

The phone app is for caregivers for now. Owners and admins run the agency from the AideBook web app, on a computer or a phone’s browser.

Your agency manages clients, schedules and Plans of Care. Contact your office; changes they make reach the app at the next sync.

In the app, open Settings → Delete account, or see the delete-your-account page for every option and what happens to your agency’s records.
