Home care scheduling software
Scheduling that turns straight into documented visits.
Put recurring, live-in and continuous shifts on one week calendar. Caregivers see their own week on their phone and clock in from the shift itself, so the schedule and the timesheet never disagree.
For the office
The whole week, every client, on one calendar.
Hourly visits, live-in cases split between caregivers, day and night shifts on a continuous case. Each block is a shift a caregiver will clock in from.
What it handles
Built around how private-pay care is actually scheduled.
Recurring shifts
Set the pattern once. Occurrences stay on the calendar about four months ahead, and a single day can be changed or cancelled on its own.
Hourly, live-in and continuous
Each shift type is kept through to the timesheet, so live-in and continuous hours are paid and reported the way you schedule them.
Relief on continuous cases
When a continuous visit closes and nobody clocked in to relieve, the visit is flagged “No relief” instead of quietly leaving a gap.
Scheduled vs. worked
Each visit shows how late it started and how early it ended against the scheduled shift. Leaving well before the end is flagged.
Clock in without a care plan yet
A new client’s first visit doesn’t have to wait for a published Plan of Care. The caregiver can clock in, and the plan catches up.
Only their own week
Caregivers see their own shifts and assigned clients. Owners and admins see everyone.
For caregivers
The schedule is the clock-in button.
The Today tab opens on the caregiver’s next scheduled shift: the client, the address and the hours, with a Clock in button underneath. Other visits later today are listed below it.
There’s no geofence and no location check. The visit is proven by the completed Plan of Care and the client’s signature.

Scheduling questions
Yes. Set a shift once, such as Monday to Friday 9 AM to 1 PM, and AideBook keeps the individual occurrences on the calendar about four months ahead, topping them up every day. Change or cancel a single day without touching the rest of the series.
Yes. Every shift is hourly, live-in or continuous. Continuous cases hand off from one caregiver to the next, and a continuous visit that ends with no relief caregiver clocked in is flagged “No relief” for the office.
In the AideBook app on iPhone or Android, or in a phone’s browser. The Calendar tab shows their own shifts by week, and Today opens on the next one with a Clock in button. They never see anyone else’s schedule.
The visit is tied to the scheduled shift, so the office can compare clocked time with scheduled time. Starting late or leaving well before the scheduled end shows on the visit, and leaving early flags it for review.
No. AideBook is built for private-pay and long-term-care-insurance clients. Agencies that bill Medicaid for personal care still need their state’s EVV system for those visits.
