Caregiver timesheet software

Caregiver timesheets that add themselves up.

Hours come straight from clocked, signed visits, with overtime past 40 split out across every client the caregiver works for. No timesheets to collect on Friday and nothing to re-type into payroll.

How it works

From clock-out to payroll-ready, without a step in between.

  • Live, not submitted

The week’s hours update as visits are signed. Caregivers and the office see the same numbers.

  • Overtime across all clients

Overtime is counted per caregiver past 40 hours in the week, across every client, not per timesheet.

  • Holidays separated

Holiday hours are called out on their own, so they’re paid at the right rate.

  • Flagged visits held back

A visit with a problem waits in review, so its hours don’t reach payroll until someone approves them.

  • One sheet per client per week

The layout families and long-term-care insurers already expect, with the client’s policy number on it.

  • Corrections with reasons

Fixing a missed clock-out needs a reason and is kept on the visit, so the sheet always matches the record.

Questions

Timesheet questions

From the visits themselves. Every approved visit’s clocked time lands on that caregiver’s week, one sheet per client. There’s no separate timesheet to fill in, submit or approve.

Per caregiver, across all of their clients, past 40 hours in the workweek. A caregiver with 24 hours at one client and 18 at another has 2 hours of overtime, even though neither sheet reaches 40 on its own.

Holiday hours are separated out on the sheet, and each visit keeps its shift type, hourly, live-in or continuous, through to the timesheet.

Not until an owner or admin approves them. That keeps a missing signature or an early departure from reaching payroll unnoticed.

Yes. Each client’s weekly timesheet and aide notes export as PDFs in the paper-form layout, with your agency’s name and the client’s policy number on the header, and the client’s signed attestation on each visit.
